Acceptable Use & Content Policy

You may not use the Platform to:

• Post content that is false, misleading, defamatory, harassing, or threatening
• Upload content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Solicit or post fake reviews or testimonials
• Engage in spam, phishing, or unsolicited commercial communications
• Attempt to circumvent platform fees or disrupt platform operations
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Collect user data without consent
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Post content that is sexually explicit, violent, or promotes discrimination

All profile content must be accurate and professionally appropriate. Photos and videos must be of the entertainer or their work. Content must not contain watermarks of competing platforms. Entertainers are responsible for ensuring they have rights to all music, images, and videos posted.

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Compensating anyone for a positive review is prohibited under FTC guidelines and Platform policy. MNS Business Corp will remove reviews that appear to be fake, incentivized, or in violation of FTC endorsement guidelines.

Violations of this policy may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination. MNS Business Corp reserves sole discretion in enforcement decisions.
