We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, and profile details when you create an account; booking details, event dates, venue information, and messages exchanged between Clients and Providers; and payment-related information processed through our third-party payment processor (DJnow does not directly store full card numbers).

We also automatically collect certain technical information, such as device type, browser, IP address, and usage activity on the Platform, to help us maintain and improve the service.

We use this information to operate and improve the Platform, including creating and managing accounts, facilitating bookings and communication between Clients and Providers, processing payments, providing customer support, and sending booking confirmations or important service updates. We may also use aggregated, non-identifying data to understand usage trends.

We share information with Providers or Clients as necessary to fulfill a booking (for example, sharing contact and event details once a booking is confirmed); with service providers who help us operate the Platform, such as payment processors and hosting providers, under confidentiality obligations; and when required by law, such as in response to a valid legal request.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

You may access, update, or delete your account information through your profile settings, or by contacting support. You may also opt out of non-essential communications at any time. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, such as the right to request a copy of your data or request deletion.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

The Platform is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
