Terms of Service

Welcome to DJnow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DJnow website, mobile experience, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by DJnow ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, browsing, or booking through the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

DJnow is a marketplace that connects clients seeking entertainment services ("Clients") with independent DJs, MCs, bands, and other entertainers ("Providers"). DJnow is not itself a talent agency, employer, or party to any performance agreement. Providers are independent contractors, not employees or agents of DJnow, and DJnow does not control the manner, quality, or outcome of any performance.

To book a Provider, send messages, or manage a reservation, you must create an account and sign in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it as needed.

Bookings made through the Platform are agreements between the Client and the Provider. DJnow may facilitate communication, scheduling, contracts, and payment processing, but is not a party to the underlying services agreement unless explicitly stated. Deposit amounts, cancellation terms, and rescheduling policies are set by individual Providers and displayed at the time of booking; please review them carefully before confirming.

Payments made through the Platform are processed by third-party payment processors. DJnow does not store full payment card details. Fees, deposits, and any applicable service charges will be disclosed prior to checkout. Refunds are subject to the specific Provider's cancellation policy, which is displayed on the booking page.

You agree not to use the Platform to harass, defraud, or misrepresent yourself to another user; to circumvent the Platform in order to avoid fees; to upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; or to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DJnow provides the Platform "as is" and disclaims warranties of any kind. DJnow is not liable for the acts, omissions, quality, or conduct of any Provider or Client, or for any dispute arising from a booking.

Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the amount of fees you paid to DJnow in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which DJnow is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
