If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the removed content and its prior location
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction of your federal judicial district

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

DJnow.online will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers, in appropriate circumstances.

Entertainers are solely responsible for ensuring they have all necessary licenses and rights to any music, media, or content displayed on their profiles. This includes but is not limited to: profile photos, cover images, video links, and audio samples. DJnow.online does not grant any music performance or synchronization licenses.
