Enterprise Subcontractor Terms

These Enterprise Subcontractor Terms apply exclusively to Enterprise-tier account holders on DJnow.online who use the Platform's subcontractor roster and assignment features. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and agree to the obligations set forth herein in addition to the general Terms of Service and Entertainer Independent Contractor Terms.

As an Enterprise account holder, you are solely and fully responsible for the conduct, performance, legal compliance, and professional behavior of any subcontractors you add to your roster and assign to bookings through the Platform. MNS Business Corp has no direct contractual relationship with your subcontractors and assumes no liability for their actions or omissions.

You are responsible for independently vetting, screening, and qualifying your subcontractors before assigning them to any booking. You represent and warrant that:

• Your subcontractors are legally authorized to work in their applicable jurisdiction
• Your subcontractors are appropriately skilled and experienced for the services they are assigned to perform
• Your subcontractors comply with all applicable laws, licensing, and insurance requirements
• You have obtained any required background checks where relevant

When you assign a subcontractor to a booking, the booking remains under your Enterprise account and brand. You are the contracting party responsible to the client for delivery of services, quality, and professionalism. If a subcontractor fails to perform, you are responsible to the client for full remediation, including finding a replacement or issuing applicable refunds in coordination with MNS Business Corp policy.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MNS Business Corp and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• The actions or omissions of your subcontractors
• Any disputes between you and your subcontractors
• Any subcontractor's failure to comply with applicable laws or the Platform's policies
• Any client claims related to subcontractor performance

You are solely responsible for compensating your subcontractors. MNS Business Corp facilitates payouts to your Enterprise account only — internal distribution to subcontractors is entirely your responsibility. MNS Business Corp has no liability for your internal compensation arrangements, disputes with subcontractors over pay, or failure to pay subcontractors.

You may choose whether to disclose a subcontractor's identity to the client. Regardless of your disclosure choice, the client's booking contract remains with your Enterprise entity. You are responsible for ensuring clients receive accurate information about the general nature of who will be providing services and the quality standard they can expect.

You may not use the subcontractor management tools to direct bookings to non-platform channels or to circumvent platform fees. Any booking that originates through DJnow.online, whether performed by you directly or assigned to a subcontractor, must be processed through the Platform.

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate informed consent from your subcontractors before sharing their contact information, profile data, or identifiable information with MNS Business Corp for roster management purposes. You represent that all subcontractor data you input has been collected with proper consent.

MNS Business Corp reserves the right to downgrade or revoke Enterprise status, with notice, if these Terms are violated. Upon downgrade, subcontractor features will be disabled. Existing confirmed bookings will be honored under the terms at the time of booking.
