Electronic Signature & Records Consent

By using DJnow.online, you consent to receive all agreements, contracts, notices, disclosures, and communications from MNS Business Corp in electronic form. Electronic records satisfy any legal requirement that such documents be "in writing."

Your electronic signature — whether by clicking "I Agree," checking a consent box, or digitally signing a booking contract — has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN, 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA), as adopted in applicable jurisdictions.

When a booking is confirmed and a contract is generated on DJnow.online, both the client and the entertainer accept that contract electronically. The accepted contract, along with the acceptance timestamp and user agent metadata, is logged as the legally binding agreement between the parties.

Each time you accept a legal document on the Platform, we record:

• Your user ID
• Your account role (client, entertainer, or enterprise)
• The specific document(s) accepted and their version numbers
• Timestamp of acceptance (ISO 8601 UTC)
• Browser/device metadata (user agent string)

This log constitutes your audit trail and may be used to verify consent in any legal proceeding.

MNS Business Corp retains electronic records of all accepted agreements, contracts, and consent logs for a minimum of 7 years for legal and compliance purposes. You may request a copy of records related to your account by contacting legal@djnow.online.

When we update a legal document, we increment its version number. Users who accepted a prior version will be presented with the updated document and required to re-accept before continuing to use the Platform. Prior acceptance records are always retained even after re-consent. This ensures a complete, dated audit trail of all consent versions you have accepted.

You have the right to receive paper copies of any electronic record. To request a paper copy, contact legal@djnow.online. A reasonable administrative fee may apply. Requesting a paper copy does not withdraw your consent to electronic records.

You may withdraw your consent to electronic records at any time by contacting legal@djnow.online. However, withdrawal of consent may result in inability to use Platform features that require electronic agreements, up to and including account termination. Withdrawal does not affect the legal validity of any records accepted before withdrawal.

To access electronic records, you need: a device with internet access; a current web browser; and the ability to store or print electronic documents. If our system requirements change materially, we will notify you and obtain re-consent if required.
