Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy

DJnow.online charges a $9.99 platform service fee per booking. This fee compensates MNS Business Corp for marketplace services including booking management, contract generation, payment processing facilitation, and customer support.

Fee Disclosure: The service fee is clearly displayed on the booking review/checkout screen before any payment is submitted. Clients will always see whether the fee is included in their total or absorbed by the entertainer.

Fee Responsibility: Entertainers may configure whether the $9.99 fee is passed to the client (added to the total) or absorbed by the entertainer (deducted from payout). This setting is disclosed on the booking review page.

Non-Refundable: The $9.99 platform service fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including in the case of booking cancellation by either party.

By submitting a booking request with payment, you authorize MNS Business Corp and its payment processor to charge your provided payment method for the deposit or full amount shown at checkout. All prices are in USD.

Clients may pay a deposit (amount set by the entertainer) to secure their booking date, with the remaining balance due before the event, or pay in full at the time of booking. The entertainer's deposit requirements are shown on the booking review screen.

Cancellation by Client:

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event: deposit may be refundable at entertainer's discretion.
• Cancellations within 72 hours of the event: deposits are generally non-refundable.
• Full payment bookings cancelled more than 14 days before the event: eligible for partial refund minus the $9.99 platform service fee.
• Full payment bookings cancelled less than 14 days before the event: no refund unless entertainer agrees otherwise.

Cancellation by Entertainer: If an entertainer cancels a confirmed booking, the client is entitled to a full refund of amounts paid (excluding any payment processing fees outside MNS Business Corp's control). MNS Business Corp will facilitate this refund but is not liable for consequential damages (e.g., replacement booking costs, travel expenses).

Refund requests must be submitted to support@djnow.online. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method, subject to payment processor timelines. The $9.99 platform service fee is non-refundable in all cases.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. MNS Business Corp is not responsible for payment processor errors, fraud, or unauthorized transactions not caused by our negligence. Contact your payment processor for disputes about individual transactions.

Entertainers receive payouts after the event is completed and confirmed. Payout timelines depend on the payment processor's standard processing times. MNS Business Corp is not responsible for delays caused by the payment processor, incorrect banking information, or force majeure events.

Entertainers are solely responsible for reporting and paying all taxes on income received through the Platform. MNS Business Corp does not withhold taxes on behalf of entertainers. Clients are responsible for any applicable sales or event taxes in their jurisdiction.

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card company without first contacting MNS Business Corp, we reserve the right to suspend your account and contest the chargeback. Payment disputes between clients and entertainers should first be attempted to be resolved directly. If unresolved, contact support@djnow.online. MNS Business Corp may, at its discretion, mediate disputes but is not obligated to do so and is not liable for the outcome.
