Transactional emails are sent automatically as part of platform operation. You cannot opt out while maintaining an active account.
Promotional emails are sent only if you opt in. To unsubscribe, click the "Unsubscribe" link in any marketing email or contact support@djnow.online. Requests are processed within 10 business days.
By opting into SMS notifications, you consent to receive text messages from MNS Business Corp at the phone number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any text message. You will receive one final confirmation message, then no further SMS unless you re-opt-in.

You can manage your communication preferences from your account settings at any time. Turning off marketing communications does not affect transactional notifications necessary for your bookings and account security.
We use third-party email and SMS service providers to deliver communications. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your contact information for any purpose other than delivering our messages.
